I really like these guys. They have done a few repairs on our Toyota and Hyundai cars so far. Ray assesses and gives me an accurate breakdown of the problem then takes a methodical approach to fix it without driving the cost up with unnecessary repairs. They are polite and put that extra effort into keeping us problem free. We are lucky to have them close to home.

My vehicle wasn’t starting, when I would put the key in the ignition, everything would turn on like the headlights, radio, etc. but when I twisted the key to turn the engine on, nothing happened. Ray at Rincon Valley Auto Repair took the time to hear me out. Then we talked about what could be done and in the end he took care of my issue (shift control cable) while helping me keep costs down. Very trustworthy, they dont try to upsell you or pressure you, these guys know what they’re doing. Give them a call, they’ll definitely be able to help.

They are new and I’m always interested in supporting businesses in our neighborhood. Ray is amazing and his shop has been quick to get me in and fix my SUV. Very happy with how quick they get things fixed without breaking the bank.

Recommend this place. I came here for a brake/ rotor replacement and their prices can't be beat. Ray is a nice guy and very knowledgeable in repair. I came back with our winter commuter and he did a head gasket job with a timing belt replacement (I was putting it off). They charge very fair pricing and are very efficient getting the job done quickly. His parts and labor charges were surprisingly low compared to local shops in the area. Will continue to go back for other repairs.

Ray is great. I have 2 older vehicles ( 23 & 15 years old). Going to a mechanic with vehicles that old, they could tell you anything about what is about ready to break down. Ray makes sure you understand what is not working by explaining it, showing it or showing the part that was replaced. Ray's labor rates are reasonable and he was worked past closing time when needed when I had to have the vehicle the next business day. I am glad Ray opened up a auto repair shop in my neighborhood and will continue to use him for auto repair jobs big & small.
